Randall LightbodyRandall Lightbody

 Randy is a 22 year veteran of the banking industry with broad experience in residential lending, marketing, and sales.

Randy began his career in investment and mortgage banking at Southeast Bank in Florida.  He has held Executive leadership roles as:  Managing Director of Sales with PMI Mortgage Insurance Company, National Production Manager for Bank One, Executive Director and National Production Manager for Morgan Stanley, Managing Director for all wholesale and correspondent lending for Royal Bank of Canada, and National Business Manager of Reverse Mortgage Wholesale Lending operations for Countrywide Bank.

Lightbody, holds his BS Degree of Economics from Rollins College.

Denise DowlingDenise Dowling

Dowling has over 16 years of leading financial services sales, support, and technology roles. She has led program, project, to large sales and service call center teams to support revenue growth.

Denise began her career at Mellon Bank in Erie, PA, and then moved to Bank of America as a Program Manager for their premier National Direct Sales Center located in Richmond, VA where she managed, trained and supported a 250 person sales center supporting all their national lending campaigns.  She then became the Director of Client Services for Thomson Financial in Rockville, MD running their Wealth Management technology platform.  In 2004 she began running a large call center and inside operations for Pinnacle Financial located in both Tampa/Orlando, FL.  At Pinnacle she was the Vice President of Client Services and supported all the inside lending initiatives.

Dowling, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Unity College.
